Job Title: Events Assistant
Type of Position: Full Time
Schedule: Includes weekends/holidays
Pay: Starts at $23.00/hr.

Summary
The Events Assistant will help bring unforgettable events and celebrations to life. They’ll support our lead planner with planning and coordinating in advance, along with day-of execution, from setting up décor and coordinating vendors to guiding guests and troubleshooting on the spot. They’ll play a key part in ensuring each wedding or event runs smoothly, creating a warm and stress-free experience for participants, couples, and their guests. Ideal candidates are organized, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced, joyful environments. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities
Requirements:- High School Diploma or equivalent. College preferred
- 2 years Marketing/ events/administrative/group sales/customer service experience, or some combination thereof.
- Possession of (or ability to obtain) Colorado driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and priorities.
- Ability to assist with setup and tear down of live music events. Moving equipment 50 to 100 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods. Adhere to all department and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary company information
- Working knowledge with MS Office Suite, required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create branded marketing materials, signage, and eye-catching social media graphics, preferred.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, such as Inntopia or HubSpot, to analyze customer data, create segmented audience lists, and help implement targeted marketing campaigns effectively, preferred.
- Ability to communicate (speak/write and understand) English – verbal and written communication
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Prior experience in the events industry preferred.
