As a Client Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with prospective clients and guiding them through the full sales journey. Acting as the first point of contact for inbound opportunities, you will build strong relationships, uncover customer needs, and demonstrate the value of innovative professional services solutions. - Manage the full sales cycle for inbound prospects, from initial discovery conversations through negotiation and successful deal closure.

- Conduct sales calls, assess client needs, identify business challenges, and present tailored solutions that align with customer objectives.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression through the sales funnel.
- Research prospective clients, industries, and market trends to enhance engagement strategies and identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and effective coordination throughout the sales process.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries while maintaining high levels of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance against sales targets and proactively implement strategies to exceed individual and team objectives.

- Support onboarding and mentoring activities for new team members as experience and performance progress.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, inside sales, outside sales, or a related customer-facing commercial role.
- Experience in technology, software, SaaS, or professional services sales is considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales opportunities from qualification through closing.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a customer-focused approach to identifying and solving client challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and maintain professional client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of prospects and competing priorities.
