Richman Property Services is currently seeking a full-time Leasing Associate to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!
Position: Leasing Associate
Location: Wall Street Place, Our 155 unit residential (New Construction). In addition, help Support River Commons (34 units), Norwalk, CT, 06850
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. 40 Hours a week.
Key Requirements:
- Strong administrative background with affordable housing, FLEX/AHP in residential communities
- Experience using Yardi property management systems, prior Leasing or Admin experience preferred
- Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
- Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks.
- Create and distribute marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
- Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills.
- Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect.
Requirements:
- Education:
- High School Diploma or GED and some college preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment leasing and/or property management preferred
- Skills & Certifications:
- Excellent command of the English language - both written and oral
- Customer service and detail-oriented
- Good time-management skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
- Residential Property Management experience preferred
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize
- Exceptional resident relations skills
