This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Departamento Pessoal Sênior based in Brazil.
This is a strategic senior role within a dynamic HR and payroll environment, focused on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all Departmental Personnel (DP) operations. You will play a key role in payroll processing, labor legislation adherence, and end-to-end employee lifecycle support, contributing directly to the stability and reliability of people operations. The position involves close interaction with leadership teams, auditors, and external stakeholders, requiring both technical depth and strong communication skills. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation and system optimization. Working in a collaborative and distributed environment, you will help shape best practices across HR operations. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy combining analytical rigor with hands-on execution and advisory responsibilities.
- Execute and validate payroll calculations, including wages, labor charges, and social security contributions, ensuring full accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and deliver all annual fiscal and labor obligations, maintaining adherence to regulatory deadlines.
- Analyze payroll reports, provisions (including 13th salary), and provide insights for leadership decision-making.
- Configure payroll system events and maintain annual updates of tables and parameters in HR systems.
- Support labor-related processes, including acting as a company representative in legal proceedings, audits, and inspections.
- Provide managerial reports and strategic insights for leadership, controlling, and compliance teams.
- Oversee HR operational processes such as admissions, terminations, attendance, time bank, leave, benefits, and payroll (including international payroll when applicable).
- Maintain and update collective bargaining agreements and union-related data, ensuring compliance with labor relations requirements.
- Support employees by responding to inquiries related to payroll and HR administrative processes.
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
- Monitor system updates and data integrity in payroll platforms (including Sênior), coordinating necessary adjustments.
- Support supplier evaluation processes related to employee benefits and HR services.
- Completed or ongoing higher education degree in related fields (HR, Accounting, Administration, or similar).
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor legislation, and HR administrative policies.
- Solid experience across HR subsystems, particularly Department Personnel (DP).
- Hands-on experience with the Sênior payroll system.
- Experience in HR process automation and optimization is a strong plus.
- Advanced or fluent English is considered a differential.
