- Define and lead the automation and AI strategy for operational teams, creating scalable roadmaps that improve efficiency and reduce implementation timelines.
- Design, optimize, and document business process workflows while maintaining enterprise-wide process inventories and governance standards.
- Build and manage automation capabilities using technologies such as RPA, conversational AI, intelligent document processing, agentic AI, and generative AI solutions.
- Identify operational pain points and prioritize automation and AI use cases with measurable business outcomes and ROI impact.
- Collaborate with operational leadership, enterprise technology teams, and external vendors to align transformation initiatives with organizational goals.
- Establish governance frameworks, operational standards, and best practices to ensure scalable and compliant AI and automation adoption.
- Lead change management, communication, training, and user enablement initiatives to support enterprise-wide adoption of automation technologies.
- Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure process effectiveness, implementation speed, productivity gains, cost reduction, and operational improvements.
- Drive innovation initiatives that improve employee and customer experiences while reducing manual operational effort.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and citizen development across operational teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Post-graduate education, certifications, or formal training in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with automation and AI technologies, including RPA, conversational AI, intelligent automation, and generative AI applications.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide automation and operational transformation programs with measurable efficiency and cost reduction outcomes.
- Strong background in streamlining operational and sales-related processes through CRM systems and integrated technology solutions.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives within complex, matrixed enterprise environments.
- Experience establishing AI and automation governance frameworks and operational standards.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
