This role sits at the core of cybersecurity operations, focusing on real-time threat detection, incident analysis, and response coordination within a managed security environment. You will work within a Security Operations Center (SOC), monitoring security events across enterprise and cloud environments to identify potential threats and ensure rapid response. The position involves analyzing alerts from SIEM platforms, enriching security data with threat intelligence, and supporting incident resolution workflows. You will collaborate closely with security engineers and clients to strengthen detection capabilities and improve overall cyber resilience. Operating in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, you will play a key role in safeguarding client infrastructure and reducing risk exposure. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity threats while supporting incident management and improving detection capabilities across client environments.

• Monitor SIEM platforms and security dashboards to detect, triage, and escalate potential security incidents
• Analyze security alerts to identify indicators of compromise, false positives, and policy violations
• Support incident response processes, including ticket creation, tracking, and resolution coordination
• Enrich security events using threat intelligence sources, logs, and contextual client environment data
• Perform detailed threat analysis using security tools and cloud-based monitoring platforms
• Assist in improving detection rules, monitoring workflows, and SOC operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to enhance cybersecurity posture and response readiness
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, investigations, and security findings

You are a detail-oriented cybersecurity professional with hands-on SOC experience and a strong understanding of threat detection and incident response in modern IT environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 2–5 years of experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment
• Experience with SIEM tools such as Microsoft Sentinel, Secureworks Taegis, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Defender, cloud security environments, and Azure services
• Working knowledge of scripting and query languages (KQL preferred)
• Strong understanding of threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring concepts
• Ability to analyze complex security data and identify patterns or anomalies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to threat identification
