This role is focused on full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions within a home healthcare environment, supporting the hiring of both hourly and salaried talent. You will play a key role in connecting qualified healthcare professionals with opportunities that directly impact patient care and service delivery. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting setting, you will manage the entire candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding. The position requires strong autonomy, sound judgment, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build effective sourcing strategies. This is a mission-driven role where your recruiting expertise directly supports healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical home healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding support to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies aligned with business and clinical priorities.
- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking platforms to build strong talent pipelines.
- Conduct resume reviews, manage top-of-funnel activity, coordinate assessments, and support structured candidate evaluation processes.
- Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics while providing insights on pipeline health, hiring progress, and potential bottlenecks.
- Leverage market knowledge and recruitment best practices to advise stakeholders and improve hiring effectiveness and candidate conversion.
- Support employment branding and recruitment marketing activities to enhance talent attraction in a competitive healthcare market.
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in clinical, healthcare, or high-volume environments.
- Strong background in recruiting support or administrative recruiting functions with proven ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Demonstrated success sourcing candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems, and direct outreach.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, HireVue, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, written, and verbal abilities, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple requisitions and priorities.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, compliance requirements, and structured hiring processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on candidate experience and operational excellence.
- Competitive salary range of $71,100 to $97,800 USD per year (based on experience and location).
