Operational Excellence Coach

Established in 1970, Orthopedic Associates of Hartford, P.C. is one of the area's largest and most respected orthopedic specialty groups.
In support of high-quality patient care, we are currently seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Coach to join our team.
The Operational Excellence Coach is responsible for driving performance improvement, process optimization, and cultural transformation across the organization. This role partners with leaders, clinicians, and staff to implement best practices, Lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies that enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes. The coach also provides leadership and oversight for Epic, system and staff development training programs including operational workflow design. The Operational Excellence coach will ensure staff and providers are fully equipped to deliver efficient, patient-centered care. This position serves as a mentor, facilitator, and change agent, embedding a culture of operational excellence throughout OAH.

Qualifications/Education/Experience:
· Degree in healthcare administration, business, clinical, or related field preferred.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, quality improvement, training, or performance excellence.
· Track record of leading process improvement initiatives.
· Epic Training experience preferred, including Cadence and Ambulatory credentials.
· Demonstrated experience in operational workflow design, auditing, and retraining to ensure efficiency and compliance.
· Experience training, and coaching staff in a healthcare setting.
