This role is focused on leading and contributing to ERP implementation projects centered on Sage X3, with a strong emphasis on operational and financial business processes. You will work directly with clients to translate requirements into effective system configurations while ensuring smooth execution from design through go-live. Acting as both a functional expert and trusted advisor, you will guide stakeholders through complex business process transformations and support successful adoption of the solution. The position combines hands-on consulting work with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring team members and ensuring delivery quality. You will operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where clarity, structure, and strong communication are essential. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving business challenges and delivering measurable outcomes through ERP systems.

In this role, you will lead and support Sage X3 implementation activities across operational and financial modules, ensuring successful project execution and high client satisfaction. You will contribute to requirements gathering, solution design, configuration oversight, and go-live support while maintaining alignment with project methodologies and SOW expectations.

• Lead requirements gathering and design sessions for Sage X3 operations modules
• Support and oversee configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities for medium-complexity implementations
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to ensure accurate business process alignment
• Review SOW and implementation documentation to ensure project scope adherence
• Resolve functional and operational issues with minimal escalation
• Provide coaching and quality assurance to ensure adherence to implementation best practices
• Act as a trusted advisor by maintaining strong client relationships and guiding process improvements
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to project leadership
• Facilitate resolution of business and functional challenges with key stakeholders
• Support consistent utilization targets while maintaining high delivery quality

The ideal candidate brings deep ERP consulting experience with strong expertise in Sage X3 implementations and a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes. You are comfortable working independently, leading discussions, and engaging directly with clients in complex environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of ERP implementation experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on Sage X3 implementation experience
• Strong understanding of operational and financial business processes and system integrations
• Ability to lead client discussions and translate business needs into system requirements
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client-facing presence
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, food & beverage, chemicals, agriculture, or pharmaceuticals preferred
• Sage X3 Manufacturing Certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
• Experience in professional services or consulting environments is an advantage
