Compensation:$102,400 - $192,500 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up with leads to build a robust client pipeline.
- Attend regular training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Set appointments for both buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Nurture client relationships through consistent communication via phone, email, and follow-up systems.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to accurately track client interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and foster a supportive work environment.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and learn from experienced agents, enhancing your growth trajectory.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
