Service Desk Technician Level II in Fairfax, Virginia at Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc.

Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. (EVS) is seeking a Service Desk Technician Level II to support a federal IT services program. The successful candidate will provide technical support and services in a Microsoft-centric enterprise environment while supporting mission-critical operations.

• Perform all Level I responsibilities
• Create knowledge base articles and technical documentation
• Develop procedures, checklists, SLAs, and training materials
• Support Windows Operating System Deployment (OSD) activities
• Analyze user requirements and recommend technology solutions
• Coordinate with development and operations teams

Primarily remote with occasional onsite support and travel. Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday.

• Public Trust
• Minimum 4 years IT Help Desk experience including Help Desk Administration and User Support
• CompTIA A+ may substitute for 1 year of experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must meet DOJ/BOP residency requirements

Microsoft Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, ServiceNow, OSD, networking, infrastructure support, and customer service.
