This is a highly analytical and business-facing data role focused on transforming product and growth data into actionable insights that directly influence decision-making. You will act as a key analytics partner for product and growth teams, helping shape strategy through data-driven storytelling and hypothesis generation. Rather than only building dashboards, your work will focus on generating clarity, identifying opportunities, and influencing product direction through well-structured analysis. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Business, supporting the evolution of analytical maturity across teams. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and highly data-driven, with strong emphasis on experimentation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement. Your impact will be measured by how effectively your insights translate into better and faster decisions across product initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret key product and business metrics, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Act as a strategic analytics partner to product and growth teams, generating hypotheses and uncovering non-obvious insights.
- Transform complex data analyses into clear, compelling narratives tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Influence product and business decisions through data-driven recommendations and structured analytical thinking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize metrics, improve analytical frameworks, and evolve data foundations.
- Support the continuous improvement of product analytics practices, contributing to a stronger data culture.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and analytical depth, while applying critical thinking to validate outputs.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role in data-driven environments.
- Strong advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with Power BI or equivalent data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Solid experience in SaaS companies, including understanding of key metrics such as churn, retention, MRR, and NPS.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analytical work.
- Experience using AI tools in a professional context, with the ability to critically evaluate their outputs.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Nice to have: experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Pendo.
- Nice to have: familiarity with modern data stacks (BigQuery, Databricks) and basic Python for exploratory analysis.
