  • 2–5+ years of experience in financial operations, business operations, accounting workflows, or startup/back-office environments
  • Strong understanding of payroll, AP/AR, billing, or related financial processes
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage complex workflows end-to-end; familiarity with tools like Notion is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, structured recommendations
  • Strong analytical ability to process and prioritize large volumes of unstructured data
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and deliver accurate outputs under minimal supervision
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Comfort working in ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and client-facing contexts
  • Experience with accounting or financial software platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Bill.com, Stripe, or similar) is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and located in eligible states for remote employment (CA, GA, NY, NC, TN, TX, WA)

  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions
  • Flexible paid time off policy plus paid federal holidays
  • Parental leave programs supporting all new parents
