You will nurture client relationships through phone, email, and structured follow-up systems while keeping your CRM accurate and current and tracking your activity and progress toward both your individual goals and the broader goals of the team around you.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Conduct property tours and open houses, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each listing.
  • Collaborate with our experienced team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings.
  • Utilize our comprehensive training program to master lead generation techniques and convert pre-qualified leads into loyal clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts with buyers and sellers, ensuring a fair and beneficial outcome for all parties involved.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and encouraging repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:
  • Active Real Estate License or in the process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up and organization skills required.
