Job Description

1823 Partners (US) LLC is a Registered Investment Adviser conducting business as a differentiated asset management firm focused on long-term, insurance-first investment strategies. Responsibilities

  • Support portfolio management: Assist in building, monitoring, and adjusting investment portfolios across asset classes such as equities, fixed income, alternatives, and high-income strategies
  • Financial analysis & research: Conduct stock or bond analysis, perform due diligence, and compile market research to support investment decisions.
  • Data analysis & modeling: Use Excel, Bloomberg, or other platforms to analyze financial data, build models, and prepare reports.
  • Report preparation: Draft investment memos, performance reports, and client communications.
  • Client support: In some roles, assist with client meetings, portfolio reviews, and relationship management.
  • Product development: For product-focused internships, research and develop new investment solutions for corporate, government, or individual clients.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Analytical & quantitative skills: Strong ability to interpret financial data, perform financial modeling, and understand macroeconomic trends.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal skills for presenting findings and collaborating with teams.
  • Technical proficiency: Comfort with Excel, Bloomberg, and other financial tools.
  • Financial knowledge: Understanding of investment strategies, asset allocation, and market dynamics.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
