Norton Healthcare is seeking experienced Surgical Technicians to join our System Float Pool through Norton Clinical Agency. This unique opportunity offers flexibility, competitive compensation, and the ability to gain diverse experience across multiple facilities.

As a Surgical Technician with our System Float Pool, you will support staffing needs across our network of hospitals, delivering high-quality instrument processing and ensuring patient safety in a variety of clinical settings.

Qualifications

Required

• Three years as a Surgical Technician and certification as a Surgical Tech (CST) or Surgical Tech Assist (CSA)
• Diploma OR three years of surgical tech experience OR successful completion of a Surgical Tech Apprentice Program
• One of: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA), Tech in Surgery-Certified (TS-C), Certified Operating Room and Surgical Technician (CORST), or Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA).
