Job Description
Delegate Sales Representative (Account Manager)
Cambridge Innovation Institute is seeking a highly motivated Delegate Sales Representative (Account Manager) with at least 4 years of inside sales experience to join our energetic and fun team! Our Account Managers call leads and prospects to sell attendee registrations to our conferences. In this role, you will drive attendee acquisition and revenue growth for our industry-leading conferences, by engaging prospective attendees, building relationships with industry professionals, and closing event registrations. You will work primarily with “warm” leads, including past conference delegates and inbound inquiries, while also conducting targeted outreach to new prospects.
Prior sales experience is required for this position. Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of inside sales experience selling products or services priced at or over $1800. Other Requirements
Compensation plan includes starting wage of $28.85/hour (~$60,000/year), plus generous commission and bonus plan tied to quota and performance, typically worth $15,000+.
