Job Description
The HR Transformation Project Manager at Beacon is tasked with spearheading the execution of Level 1 HR Scorecard strategies and tactics, ensuring they are in sync with the company's broad objectives and deliverables are met on time and within budget. This role involves driving the project management processes to operationalize the HR service delivery model, thereby enhancing its efficiency and effectiveness. The individual will also act as a consulting Project Manager for HRIS transformation projects, effectively connecting HR Operations with the ongoing technology optimization and transformation. Moreover, the role encompasses supporting data analytics and reporting for significant HR initiatives, including employee engagement and retention programs. The HR Transformation Project Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on project goals and aid in the continuous improvement of HR processes. The position requires a blend of project management skills, HR expertise, and technical knowledge to drive the successful implementation of HR initiatives and system improvements. This role will coordinate HR Project Management governance, creating process and structure for prioritization and implementation of HR projects across HR Operations and HR Centers of Expertise. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic HR initiatives at Beacon and requires an associate who can navigate the complexities of HR operations and technology.

Project Management:
- Lead, manage, and deliver HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals, utilizing best practice project management tools to optimize planning, tracking, communication, and implementation.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and adjusting as necessary.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate project status, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate and support project meetings from working team level to executive presentation preparation.
Data Analytics and Strategy Dashboard:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize strategic initiatives aligned with Beacon Health System's goals and objectives.
- Update and Track the Level 1 Scorecard for the HR Department.
- Drive HR transformation through data-driven insights and analytics.
- Oversee the project management of HR dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely data reporting.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations and business cases to support organizational growth and improvement.
Change Management:
- Design and implement change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures.
- Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Provide training, support, and resources to teams to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize resistance to change.
Post-Merger Integration:
- Support people integration project planning and due diligence execution for newly acquired or merged entities, ensuring alignment with Beacon Health System's vision, values, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to harmonize policies, procedures, and best practices across merged organizations.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of integration efforts, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
HRIS Project Management Consultation:
- Consult with HRIS as HR Operations subject matter expert as part of implementation and optimization of HRIS to improve data management, reporting, and HR process automation.
- Conduct needs assessments and work with stakeholders to define system requirements and impacts to Operations.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and support to HR staff on new systems and processes.
HR Process Improvement:
- Analyze existing HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for HR operations.
- Collaborate with HR teams to integrate new technologies and streamline workflows.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, IT, and other departments.
- Engage with external vendors and consultants to ensure project deliverables meet organizational standards.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, strategy, change management, and post-merger integration. Proven track record of managing complex projects in a healthcare or HR setting and experience in HR project management, with a focus on transformation and operationalization of service delivery models. Experience with HRIS implementation and/or optimization. 3-5 years of HR transformation experience preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project).
- Strong background in HRIS systems and the ability to consult on technology transformation projects.
- Expertise in data analytics and reporting, with a demonstrated ability to support decision-making for major HR initiatives.

Working Conditions
