Manager - System Financial Operations in Columbus, Indiana at Columbus Regional Health

What you need to know about this position:

• The Manager - System Financial Operations leads a team of 15 direct reports to manage the financial reporting and operations functions at Columbus Regional Health which includes the hospital and physician practices and its subsidiaries and other companies.
• Reporting to the Director Sys Financial Planning & Operations, this position will accomplish objectives through leading the team, coordinating delegated tasks and applying sound principles of accounting and finance.
• The base compensation of this position has a range of $87,692 to $146,182 and is only a portion of the total rewards package including a leadership bonus and a comprehensive benefits program. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience.
• This position is a salaried/exempt position with the general working hours of Monday – Friday 8am-5pm ET though the exact working hours may fluctuate based on the needs of the organization.
• This position is eligible for hybrid remote work with the need to be onsite at Columbus at least 2-3 times per quarter or as needed to meet needs of the organization.

What the successful candidate will bring to this position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience required, healthcare experience preferred
• CPA or MBA preferred
