Executive Sous Chef, Frannie & The Fox in Charleston, South Carolina at Emeline

This individual is a culinary wizard, who knows that great food can take an experience from special to extraordinary and who has a strong desire to set and exceed that standard. The Executive Sous Chef is meticulous and consistent with an eye for detail and a flair for creativity. This individual is familiar with budgeting and meeting revenue goals while maintaining costing standards.

Requested Tasks

-Work closely with the Executive Chef to bring creative and innovative menu options

-Assist in managing kitchen operations, providing leadership and guidance

-Monitor food quality and safety standards

-Assist with overseeing Team Members as needed

Requested Capabilities

-Prior experience as an Executive Sous Chef highly preferred

-Able to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service standards

-Guest-first mentality; excellent communication skills

-Excellent attention to detail and highly organized

-Prior team leadership highly preferred
