The Revenue Advisor will serve as a trusted strategic partner for customers and internal teams, helping organizations optimize revenue processes and maximize the value of technology solutions. The role requires a strong blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and customer engagement skills.
- Develop deep expertise in revenue management solutions, products, and services through onboarding and continuous learning.
- Partner with Account Executives, solution teams, and customers to understand business challenges and design tailored solutions.
- Lead functional discovery sessions to uncover customer requirements, operational gaps, and transformation opportunities.
- Demonstrate solutions through compelling product presentations, executive briefings, and customer-focused storytelling.
- Guide organizations through revenue recognition automation and quote-to-cash lifecycle improvements.
- Address technical and business objections while positioning solutions effectively against competitive alternatives.
- Build strategic relationships with stakeholders by defining success metrics, business cases, and adoption strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer value and support broader business adoption.
- Collaborate with Product Management teams by sharing customer insights and market feedback to influence future improvements.
- Support RFPs, RFIs, customer events, and field engagements while partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Assist with technical escalations and ensure successful customer outcomes throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Travel occasionally within the assigned territory to support customer meetings and industry events.
The ideal candidate combines revenue accounting expertise with strong consulting, communication, and solution-selling abilities. They should be comfortable engaging with both operational teams and executive stakeholders while translating complex business needs into effective solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Accounting or related revenue operations roles.
- Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards.
- Ability to translate complex financial and operational challenges into clear business solutions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Confidence presenting to audiences ranging from business users to C-level executives.
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and revenue lifecycle management.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Curious mindset with a willingness to continuously develop product and industry expertise.
- Experience in pre-sales, consulting, solution engineering, or customer advisory roles is preferred.
- Experience with revenue management platforms or similar financial technology solutions is a plus.

- Estimated OTE range of $124,375 – $251,160 USD, including base salary and target variable compensation.
- Base salary range of approximately $99,500 – $193,200 USD depending on experience, skills, location, and other factors.
