Domestic Customer Service Rep II

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Domestic Customer Service Rep II based in Brazil.

This role is focused on delivering high-quality customer support while coordinating domestic transportation activities and ensuring smooth shipment operations.
You will act as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates, resolving inquiries, and supporting logistics processes from pickup to delivery.
The position combines customer service excellence with operational coordination, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
You will manage shipment information, documentation, system updates, and communication between customers, drivers, agents, and internal teams.
Working in a remote and international environment, you will contribute to reliable logistics solutions that support critical healthcare-related operations.

Accountabilities:
  • Communicate with customers through email and phone to provide support, updates, and assistance throughout transportation processes.
  • Create and manage pickup and domestic movement requests within internal systems.
  • Support quotation processes and ensure accurate shipment information is recorded.
  • Verify product transport restrictions and required documentation for domestic shipments.
  • Upload and manage digital documents within operational systems to ensure compliance and traceability.
  • Monitor shipment progress by receiving updates from drivers and agents regarding pickup and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate customer pickup and delivery arrangements while ensuring accurate communication.
  • Maintain system records with shipment details, charges, and information required for invoicing processes.
  • Track shipments in collaboration with operational departments and respond to system notifications requiring action.
  • Evaluate transportation routes and options to support efficient shipment delivery.
  • Follow established procedures, work instructions, and operational standards.
  • Provide temperature monitoring information to customers according to applicable procedures.
  • Support finance teams by answering questions related to invoicing processes and shipment details.
Requirements:
  • Degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, International Relations, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within transportation, logistics, or related industries.
  • Intermediate English proficiency for communication in an international environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Office tools and Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with national transportation documentation and logistics processes.
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, customers, drivers, and external partners.
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset with initiative to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
