Description:

The Game Day Experience Assistant will work beside the Sports Information Director and Administration staff in game day operations. This could include ticketing, concessions, merchandise sales, ball personal, on-field promotions, set up and breakdown of facility for events, etc. We are seeking Federal Work Study eligible students who will be responsible for ensuring that our spectators have an enjoyable experience at Stephens College athletic events.

Game day duties will be assigned by Sports Information Director, Associate Vice President or Game Day Administrator. Duties vary depending on the event and will be assigned prior to the game.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

Duties assigned by Sports Information Director, Game Day Administrator of Associate Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics.

  • Evening and weekend work required
  • Collaborates with fellow workers to provide an optimal game day experience

  • An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Currently enrolled Stephens College Student
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in working with a diverse population
