Job Description
The 340B and Specialty Pharmacy Analyst (Pharmacy Technician) supports the organization's 340B Program and Specialty Pharmacy operations through data analysis, compliance monitoring, reporting, and operational support. This position is responsible for analyzing pharmacy utilization, reimbursement, inventory, and purchasing data to identify savings opportunities, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve program performance. The analyst collaborates with pharmacy, finance, revenue cycle, and specialty pharmacy teams to maintain accurate records, perform audits, develop reports, and support strategic growth initiatives. As a registered Pharmacy Technician, this role also assists with specialty pharmacy workflows, including prescription processing, patient assistance programs, refill coordination, and inventory management as needed.
Education (minimum required):
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Desired training and work experience:
Two to four years' experience or education in pharmacy, accounting, or finance
Pharmacy technician certification desired
Previous hospital experience
