About the Role:

The HIL - Case Dock Laborer plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient handling and processing of goods within the warehouse and distribution environment. This position is responsible for the timely unloading, sorting, and staging of cases and pallets to support smooth operations and meet shipping deadlines. The laborer will work closely with team members to maintain an organized and safe workspace, contributing to overall productivity and operational excellence. Attention to detail and physical stamina are essential, as the role involves repetitive lifting, moving, and inspecting of products. Ultimately, the Case Dock Laborer helps maintain the flow of inventory, ensuring that products are accurately received and prepared for subsequent distribution stages.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality with the ability to work flexible shifts as needed.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating other material handling equipment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software.
