Build your career with Heritage Auctions, the world’s largest collectibles auctioneer.

Celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2026, Heritage Auctions has spent five decades connecting collectors with extraordinary objects and the stories behind them. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with offices across the United States and around the world, Heritage serves more than 50 auction categories, including Coins, Sports, Comics, Entertainment, Historical, Jewelry, Fine and Decorative Art, Luxury Accessories, Wine, and many more. Join a collaborative, fast-paced company where curiosity is valued, expertise is celebrated, and every day offers an opportunity to work with remarkable pieces of history and culture.

SUMMARY: We’re looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate with a strong focus on invoicing-based packing. In this role, you will print and reconcile invoices, verify order contents, pick and pack shipments to match each invoice, prepare labels/paperwork, and ensure the correct documents are included in every package —all in a well-maintained, air-conditioned environment. You'll help safeguard unique, high-value items with careful handling and accurate documentation. This is a great opportunity for stability and growth on a dedicated team.

SHIFT: Full Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

LOCATION: South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Print, review, and reconcile invoices; match items and quantities to each other.
  • Pick and pack fragile/delicate items using appropriate materials and techniques.
  • Create shipping labels and paperwork (invoice/packing slip) and include correct documents with each shipment.
  • Perform final quality checks (SKU, quantity, condition, documentation) before sealing packages.
  • Stage outgoing packages for carrier pickup and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized packing station: replenish packing materials.
  • Receive and unpack incoming materials/supplies as needed (occasional).
  • Occasional assistance with small-parcel staging may be requested; this role is primarily invoice-driven, packing (not regular truck loading/unloading).
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements:

EXPERIENCE

  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs occasionally.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented and comfortable with following written procedures.
  • Experience with order packing/fulfillment, barcode scanners, or shipping software is a plus (training provided).
