Join a customer-focused healthcare technology team responsible for delivering impactful implementations that improve how organizations manage clinical intelligence and healthcare workflows. In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementation projects, helping customers successfully integrate solutions with their electronic health record systems and achieve operational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, customer success, data, and clinical operations to deliver seamless onboarding experiences. - Lead the complete implementation lifecycle for new customers and platform expansions, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and with strong customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary project manager for implementation initiatives by managing timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Data Governance, and Clinical Operations teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and solution delivery.
- Represent customer needs during technical and product discussions by translating business requirements into actionable implementation plans.
- Manage EHR integration workflows, including FHIR and custom API implementations across major healthcare platforms such as Epic, Cerner, and athenahealth.
- Partner with technical teams to validate data flows, confirm system configurations, and ensure integrations align with customer workflows and operational requirements.
- Troubleshoot implementation challenges by coordinating with internal teams and customer stakeholders to identify solutions and remove blockers.
- Monitor implementation performance, customer satisfaction metrics, and delivery capacity while identifying opportunities to improve processes and documentation.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer insights, implementation experiences, and emerging healthcare technology trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5+ years of experience managing SaaS or healthcare IT implementations, preferably in customer-facing roles.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through requirements gathering, implementation planning, testing, and go-live execution.
- Strong understanding of healthcare integration standards, including HL7, FHIR, and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience integrating with major EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, or similar systems.
- Experience with software implementation processes, user acceptance testing, quality assurance, and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows, clinical operations, billing processes, and claims environments.
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment while managing changing priorities and multiple customer initiatives.
