This position is responsible for developing Microsoft-based opportunities, expanding service adoption, and helping organizations achieve their digital transformation goals.
The role combines consultative selling, account strategy, and relationship management with enterprise customers and technology stakeholders.
You will work closely with sales teams, Microsoft representatives, and internal experts to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.

The Microsoft Strategic Account Executive will own the development and execution of Microsoft solution sales strategies within assigned accounts or territories. This role focuses on building executive relationships, creating pipeline opportunities, and delivering measurable business value through technology solutions.
- Drive Microsoft solution and services growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within assigned territories and customer accounts.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle, including opportunity identification, discovery, forecasting, pursuit, negotiation, and execution.
- Lead customer conversations focused on business transformation, technology modernization, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Director and VP-level stakeholders across customer organizations.
- Act as a strategic resource for sales teams by providing Microsoft technology expertise, solution guidance, and account growth strategies.
- Manage Microsoft co-sell motions by coordinating activities between customers, Microsoft teams, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Expand existing customer relationships through upselling, service adoption, renewals, and additional solution opportunities.
- Build and maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, CRM records, and territory intelligence reports.
- Support joint account planning, renewal strategies, and long-term customer success initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft technologies, licensing models, programs, and industry trends through continuous learning.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in enterprise technology sales, strong Microsoft ecosystem knowledge, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior business leaders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience selling Microsoft solutions or services, with experience engaging Director and VP-level stakeholders.
- Proven experience selling Microsoft technologies, programs, licensing models, and related professional or managed services.
- Demonstrated success developing customer accounts, generating new business, managing pipelines, and exceeding revenue or consumption-based targets.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract closure.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence complex buying decisions.
- Experience developing renewal strategies, driving technology adoption, and expanding service opportunities.
- Strong account management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to understand customer business challenges and translate them into value-based technology solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage priorities, resources, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop long-term growth plans and anticipate market opportunities.
- Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing technology environment.

- Competitive annual salary range of $108,500 – $140,950, based on experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.
