Growth & Client Success Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth & Client Success Associate based in the United States.

The Growth & Client Success Associate is an entry-level opportunity designed for motivated, people-focused professionals who want to build a long-term remote career.
You’ll work directly with clients, providing guidance, answering questions, and helping individuals navigate the enrollment process.
The role combines client service, communication, relationship management, and professional development in a fully virtual environment.

Accountabilities
  • Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online communication platforms to understand their needs and provide responsive support.
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships through professional communication and exceptional service.
  • Answer client questions and provide clear guidance regarding available benefit programs.
  • Support clients throughout the enrollment process, ensuring they understand relevant information and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage follow-up communications in a timely and organized manner.
  • Collaborate with teammates in a fully remote environment to support shared client and business objectives.
  • Participate actively in ongoing virtual training, coaching, mentorship, and leadership development programs.
  • Apply feedback and newly developed skills to improve client interactions and overall performance.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and service-focused team culture.
  • Take ownership of individual performance and professional development while working independently in a remote setting.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the United States.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, sales, or client relations is helpful but not required.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and explain information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, professional approach to client interactions.
  • Ability to adapt effectively to a fast-paced virtual work environment.
  • Strong self-motivation, accountability, organization, and follow-through when working independently.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and genuine interest in professional and personal development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teammates while maintaining ownership of individual responsibilities.
  • Access to a reliable computer or laptop with a high-speed internet connection.
  • Webcam and microphone capabilities for virtual client meetings and training.
  • A quiet, professional workspace suitable for remote client interactions.
