Business Acquisition Representative in Homestead, Florida at Toy Tech Motors Corporation

We are looking for a charismatic, self-motivated Business Acquisition Representative who can spark interest, create meaningful customer connections, and drive new business into the dealership through social media. This growth-focused position also offers ongoing sales-process training, hands-on experience alongside Sales Consultants, and the potential to advance into a Sales Consultant role.

You’ll have the opportunity to build your personal sales skills, gain automotive industry experience, create content, generate your own opportunities, and learn directly alongside experienced Sales Consultants.

What You'll Do:

• Create engaging social media content that showcases our vehicles, dealership, promotions, and team.
• Appear on camera for short-form videos, social posts, and other dealership content.
• Connect with potential customers through social media and digital channels.
• Turn online engagement into qualified leads and dealership appointments.
• Build relationships with prospective customers and follow up on opportunities.
• Work closely with our Sales Consultants and management team to convert leads into sales.
• Learn the automotive sales process through hands-on training and real dealership experience.
• Develop the skills needed to potentially advance into a Sales Consultant position.

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
• Outgoing, witty, and charismatic personality.
• Professional, mature, and understands they represent the dealership's brand at all times.
• Self-starter who does not require constant direction after training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and creating social media content.
• Sales experience, automotive experience, BDC, customer acquisition, or content creation experience preferred.
• Basic video recording/editing skills are a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
