Customer Support Representative in Miami, Florida at Phoenix American Warranty Company Inc

Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our diverse customer base. This position offers the opportunity to utilize your communication skills, phone etiquette, and customer service expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer questions regarding extended warranties and GAP coverage with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist contract holders and repair facilities with inquiries related to claims processing and payments.
• Provide support to other departments when necessary.
• Initiate GAP claims and ensure accurate documentation.
• Perform data entry for new contracts.
• Support various functions within the Customer Service Department.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in an inbound call center or customer service related role (preferred).
• Strong communication abilities and excellent phone etiquette.
• Ability to assess customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Proficiency with data entry; experience using CRM systems is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
