We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team and provide skilled therapy services to patients in their homes.

What You'll Do- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Help patients improve functional abilities, safety, and independence in their homes.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, fine motor skills, coordination, strength, and adaptive techniques.
- Follow physician orders and the established plan of care.
- Monitor and communicate patient progress, response to treatment, and changes in condition to the supervising OT.
- Reinforce patient and caregiver education as directed by the OT.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation for all visits.
- Collaborate with OTs, nurses, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain compliance with Medicare requirements, Florida regulations, and agency policies.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current, active Florida OTA license required.
- One year of occupational therapy or related clinical experience preferred.
- Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screening.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while following the established plan of care.
