Minimum Qualifications:
- Master of Science or Doctorate of Advanced Practitioner
- Maryland State RN and CRNP Licensure
- National Advanced Practice Certification as an Adult or Family Advanced Practitioner through ANCC or AANP or NCCPA certification
- Valid CPR (BLS)
- DEA/CDS/NPI
Preferred Qualifications:
- Nephrology experience is ideal, but no required with strong medical background
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare informatics
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
- Participation in research or quality improvement initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities include providing care to dialysis patients at local dialysis facilities and caring for and educating CKD patients in an office setting.
