Minimum Qualifications:

• Master of Science or Doctorate of Advanced Practitioner
• Maryland State RN and CRNP Licensure
• National Advanced Practice Certification as an Adult or Family Advanced Practitioner through ANCC or AANP or NCCPA certification
• Valid CPR (BLS)
• DEA/CDS/NPI

Preferred Qualifications:

• Nephrology experience is ideal, but no required with strong medical background
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare informatics
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
• Participation in research or quality improvement initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibilities include providing care to dialysis patients at local dialysis facilities and caring for and educating CKD patients in an office setting.
