This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Clinical Supplies Operational Bidding Specialist based in Brazil.
This is a fully remote opportunity supporting high-quality, customer-focused proposals within the clinical research and supply chain environment.
You will evaluate RFPs, contribute to bid strategies, and translate study requirements into accurate operational and financial proposals.
The role works across business development, contracts, proposals, operations, and subject-matter experts to build effective solutions.
You will play an important part in ensuring budgets, proposal assumptions, client requirements, and operational plans are aligned.
The position combines analytical thinking, clinical trial knowledge, budgeting expertise, and strong stakeholder communication.
You will work in a fast-paced international environment where priorities can change and multiple opportunities may progress simultaneously.

- Evaluate RFPs and participate in strategy discussions to determine efficient and effective bidding approaches.
- Collaborate with business development, contracts, proposals, and operations teams to ensure proposals align with business requirements.
- Consult internal subject-matter experts to determine labor requirements, develop processes for non-standard activities, and validate assumptions and client-specific bidding standards.
- Adapt proposal content to accurately reflect study requirements, operational assumptions, and budget parameters.
- Review client grids to ensure accurate mapping, unit definitions, unit costs, and cost drivers.
- Prepare and revise proposals for basic to moderately complex clinical opportunities.
- Interact with clients when required to clarify requirements, expectations, and service levels.
- Present and defend budgets during bid reviews with senior management.
- Maintain accurate bid information, corporate databases, tracking reports, and bid-system grids.
- Maintain strategy documentation to support customer-focused proposals and effective bidding decisions.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, accuracy, and responsiveness throughout the bidding process.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and professional experience.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of clinical trial proposal processes, budget management, and clinical trial supply chain management.
- Understanding of the drug development process, FDA guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.
- Strong understanding of unitized grids, unit costs, unit drivers, and proposal budgeting.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with budgets and financial information.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including strong grammar.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to provide informed recommendations on proposal and budgeting parameters.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-directed approach with the ability to work independently while planning work against defined objectives.
