Job Summary

The Risk Management and Compliance Assistant will assist with monitoring risk management, employee safety, emergency management/preparedness, contracts, and compliance programs.
- Assists in the risk management program, including but not limited to risk assessment results data input, employee training coordination, and annual risk goal tracking. Uses lean strategies to assist in resolving or developing corrective action plans when potential risk is identified.
- Completes Cycle Contract Management. Trains Docusign workflows to new leaders. Routes contracts to necessary signatories following ICHS policy and procedure. Issues annual monitoring reports for all contracts. When necessary, follows up with Contract Managers on contract latency or annual monitoring issues. Follows up with Contract Managers on retrieving all executed contracts in a timely manner. Ensures executed contracts are stored in Navigator Repository.
- Prepares committee materials, including agenda, minutes, monthly reports, relevant documentation coordination, and action-item tracking, for the Corporate Compliance Committee
and the HAWP Compliance Subcommittee.
Experience - Two (2) years’ experience in risk management, compliance, contracting, emergency management, and/or employee safety.
Other Requirement(s) -Ability to travel between ICHS sites as needed. If using a personal vehicle to travel, a valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance are required.
