Plumber - Commercial in Seattle, Washington at BPG BUILD LLC

We are looking for experienced, detail-oriented Commercial Journeyman Plumbers who know how to work on commercial jobs efficiently, cleanly, and safely. Commercial Installation: Layout and install commercial DWV, water distribution, gas piping, storm drains, and commercial fixtures according to prints and specifications.

Code & Blueprint: Read and interpret submittals, mechanical plans, structural drawings, and isometric schematics; ensure all installations strictly adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations.

Job Site Execution: Coordinate with foreman and other trades on active job sites to maintain project schedules.

Troubleshooting & Testing: Perform hydro-static, air, and pressure testing on piping systems; diagnose and resolve complex issues on commercial plumbing systems.

Safety & Quality Control: Maintain a safe working environment, adhere to OSHA/WISHA standards, and lead by example in safety practices.

Licensing: Active State Commercial / Journeyman Plumbing License (PL01).

Experience: 4+ years of commercial plumbing experience (commercial construction, TI, or multi-family

Technical Skills:

Proficient in soldering, brazing, threading, press systems (ProPress/MegaPress)

Strong working knowledge of commercial codes, backflow prevention, and commercial water heating/boiler systems.

Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
