Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, Product Management, Analytics Experience based in United States.
This is a high-impact executive product leadership role focused on reshaping a leading analytics experience for an AI-first era.
You will define product vision and strategy while translating market shifts, customer needs, and business priorities into a clear execution roadmap.
The role combines ownership of the user experience, commercial performance, product innovation, and organizational transformation.
You will lead a team of Directors and Product Managers while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
A major focus will be turning AI capabilities into trusted, measurable, production-ready experiences that customers can adopt at scale.
Success will be measured through tangible outcomes including activation, time-to-value, competitive wins, POC conversion, new business, and expansion.
This is an opportunity for an experienced product executive to influence both the product and the broader business while working with globally distributed teams.
- Define and continuously sharpen the product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and tradeoffs for the analytics experience in an AI-first environment.
- Own the end-to-end product experience, including onboarding, first-run experiences, everyday analyst workflows, and overall usability in partnership with Design.
- Drive product-led growth by improving activation, time-to-first-outcome, trial and POC success, competitive win rates, new-logo acquisition, and customer expansion.
- Act as the business owner for the product portfolio, contributing to pricing, packaging, investment decisions, and commercial performance.
- Develop deep market and customer insight through direct engagement with prospects, customers, non-customers, and the competitive landscape.
- Establish product instrumentation, success metrics, and evidence-based decision-making practices to test hypotheses and measure impact.
- Lead and mentor Directors and Product Managers, developing strong product leadership capabilities and a culture centered on customer value, evidence, accountability, and execution speed.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Experience to deliver cohesive products rather than isolated features.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and business outcomes to executive leadership and contribute to board-level preparation and strategic discussions.
- Lead the transformation of an established product and organization while maintaining the health and performance of the existing business.
- Significant senior-level product management leadership experience, including responsibility for product teams and complex product portfolios.
- Demonstrated ability to lead major product transformations within established, operational businesses rather than solely in early-stage or greenfield environments.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results quickly, including new business growth, competitive wins, customer expansion, activation, or improved product adoption.
- Experience owning commercial outcomes such as pricing, packaging, investment cases, revenue growth, or portfolio performance.
- Demonstrated experience launching and managing production AI capabilities, with the ability to distinguish scalable, valuable AI applications from concepts that perform well only in demonstrations.
- Experience leading through managers and senior individual contributors, with strong executive presence and credibility across multiple business functions.
- Strong customer and market orientation, with the ability to understand competitive dynamics and translate customer needs into differentiated product strategies.
- Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance long-term product vision with rapid execution, measurable outcomes, and operational realities.
- Experience working effectively with globally distributed teams is advantageous.
- Familiarity with governance, data lineage, explainability, regulated environments, and enterprise data platforms is a plus.
- Base salary: $275,000–$325,000 per year in the United States.
- Potential eligibility for additional compensation, including a performance-based bonus.
- Medical and other healthcare benefits.
- Retirement and financial benefits.
- Wellness programs and resources.
- Paid time off and other time-off benefits.
- Employee discounts and additional employee perks.
- Remote-friendly work environment.
- Opportunity to lead a high-impact AI and analytics product transformation.
- Collaboration with globally distributed Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
