What You Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous management or supervisory experience required.
• Restaurant or food service experience preferred.
• Previous Subway experience is a plus.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, people, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A self-motivated attitude, sound judgment, and a commitment to doing the right thing.
• The ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable while fostering a positive team culture.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to understand business performance, manage inventory, follow cash control procedures, and identify opportunities to improve sales.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed to support restaurant operations.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to meet the physical demands of restaurant operations, including standing, lifting, bending, reaching, sweeping, and mopping.
• Driver's license required
