• Identify opportunities to simplify account structures, improve banking processes, and reduce fees or operational risk.

Segment Credit Program

• Maintain and administer the Electronic Segment’s credit program in accordance with company policies and approved program terms.

• Coordinate onboarding of business units to the program, including collecting required documentation, arranging account setup, and communicating procedures and responsibilities.

• Administer credit program user access, roles, and permissions; coordinate onboarding, changes, periodic reviews, and timely access removal.

• Maintain current records of participating business units, program accounts, users, limits, and related documentation.

• Coordinate requests for credit program changes, such as new users, account updates, or limit adjustments, and route them to the appropriate approver.

• Monitor program activity and support periodic reviews of usage, exceptions, and compliance with program requirements.

• Coordinate issue resolution with business units, corporate Treasury, Finance, and the program provider; escalate suspected misuse or material concerns.

• Provide guidance and routine reporting to participating business units and segment leadership on program administration and activity.

Controls, Compliance, and Reporting

• Maintain and strengthen treasury, benefits accounting, and lease accounting policies, delegated authorities, and internal control procedures.

• Oversee SOX compliance for in-scope treasury and accounting processes, including control documentation, evidence retention, control execution, and audit requests.

• Help ensure appropriate segregation of duties and approval controls for account access, payments, and other treasury activities.

• Oversee reconciliations of treasury, benefit, and lease-related records to supporting documentation and the general ledger; investigate discrepancies and drive timely resolution.

• Track account openings, closures, user changes, control issues, and remediation actions through completion.

• Maintain organized, audit-ready records and provide accurate, timely reporting on treasury, credit program, benefits, and lease activity.

• Provide support for other accounting functions, close activities, reconciliations, reporting, and special projects as needed.

Self-Insured Benefits Accounting

• Lead the accounting and financial administration of the segment’s self-insured benefit programs, serving as the primary finance liaison among HR, corporate Finance, Accounting, and benefits providers.

• Oversee accounting for benefit-related accounts and funding arrangements, including setup, maintenance, funding, reconciliation, and closure as applicable.

• Partner with HR and providers to assess funding needs, payment timing, balances, and activity; coordinate funding requests with Finance and Treasury and obtain Segment CFO approval before funds are released.

• Own the monthly and periodic reconciliation and reporting process for benefit accounts with HR, Accounting, and providers; ensure reconciling items are resolved and documented.

• Oversee forecasts of benefit-related cash needs and communicate expected funding requirements, actual-to-forecast variances, and material changes to stakeholders.

• Establish and maintain clear procedures, service expectations, and escalation paths with benefits providers.

• Protect confidential employee and benefits information and follow applicable company privacy, security, and records-retention requirements.
