Soltis Investment Advisors is a nationwide, fee-only registered investment advisory firm that has delivered innovative investment solutions since 1993. We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Senior Wealth Management Advisor to join our growing Texas team in our Southlake office.
Your RoleAs a Senior Wealth Management Advisor, you will:
· Serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing proactive, personalized guidance across investment management and financial planning needs.
· Strengthen client retention and satisfaction by building trusted relationships, anticipating client needs, and leading regular portfolio and planning reviews.
· Lead clients through complex financial decisions involving retirement, tax-aware planning, estate considerations, risk management, and multigenerational wealth strategies.
· Collaborate with the wealth management team to design and implement customized investment portfolios that may include stocks, bonds, ETFs, structured notes, and alternative investments.
· Develop new client relationships and expand existing relationships through referrals, strategic partnerships, and consultative business development.
· Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members while supporting consistent service standards and best practices.
Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree.
· At least ten years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related financial services role, preferably serving high-net-worth individuals and families.
· Active Series 65 registration in good standing.
· Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships, identifying needs, and delivering thoughtful financial and investment solutions.
· Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, and comprehensive financial planning strategies.
· Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and lead effective client presentations.
· Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
· Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communication abilities.
· Professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
· Willingness to travel, including occasional visits to our corporate offices in Utah.
Preferred Qualifications· CFP® certification.
· Fifteen years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related financial services role, preferably serving high-net-worth individuals and families.
