Child Care Aides in Frederick, Maryland at Bright Eyes Early Learning Centers

Bright Eyes Westview in Frederick, MD is seeking fun, caring, eager to learn staff to join our team. Our Assistant Teachers/Aides are responsible for assisting teachers as part of a team with the care and education of children, assisting in classroom activities, and supervising the safety and wellbeing of all children.

ALL Candidates MUST:
Requirements for all applicants:
• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Complete a physical and TB test
• Complete fingerprinting and pass a criminal background check.
• CPR & First Aid Certification or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire date.
• Prior Child Care experience is preferred, but not required.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a valid work permit, if applicable
• Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player.
• Must be dependable and responsible.
• Must be willing to work with all age groups, including diapering and assisting with toileting.
• Experience in a childcare setting is preferred, but not required
• Proof of trainings and certifications, if applicable.
• Be able to complete required Early Childhood coursework online and in class.
