About the roleCBH Medical is looking for a reliable and qualified Administrative Assistant to act as a liaison between employees and corporate systems, ensuring payroll, claims, onboarding, and PTO processes run accurately and on time.
What you'll do- Navigate and manage tasks within Rippling for payroll, onboarding, and employee records
- Provide administrative support for payroll processing and related inquiries
- Assist with claims processing and documentation
- Serve as the onboarding specialist for new hires, ensuring a smooth start-to-finish process
- Serve as the PTO specialist, tracking requests, balances, and approvals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and PTO
- Coordinate with HR and management to resolve discrepancies or issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Support general administrative and office functions as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Prior experience in an administrative, HR, or payroll support role
- Experience with Rippling or similar HRIS/payroll platforms preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
