The Senior Social Media Producer is responsible for leading end-to-end Always On delivery across key brands with a high degree of independence, creative judgement, and delivery reliability.

This role owns day-to-day content execution, quality control, and stakeholder communication, ensuring work is platform-native, on-brief, and delivered calmly and consistently.

Working closely with the Social Media Lead, Creative, Production, and Earn teams, the Senior Social Media Producer runs complex workstreams, mentors others, manages risk early, and helps define what “good” looks like for Always On delivery



Key Responsibilities

  • Build and create a voice across brand’s TikTok accounts, exhibiting excellent judgement and audience-sensitive framing for internal productions and brand partners.
  • Ideate and support the creation of TikTok-first ideas and tactics in partnership with creators and and video team for content that lives across TikTok, providing active recommendations and solutions to the content creation process
  • Ability to react in a relatable and authentic way through community management.
  • Be the day-to-day contact for all communication and account management with clients.
  • Great ability to sell-in ideas and creative to clients and key stakeholders.
  • Identify revenue opportunities with clients, presenting innovative and actionable solutions to drive business growth.
  • Oversee client invoicing on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Manage and allocate shoot and production budgets effectively to maximize value and efficiency.
  • Work with the Creative Director and Content Director to ideate and concept around the brand's content strategy.
  • Ideate with creators and clients on ideas for original content based around upcoming productions and map out consistent posting schedule
  • Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics, delivering detailed reports and actionable insights.
  • Serve as the point-person on all social goals (growth, views, and engagement) on TikTok and is accountable for providing vertical-specific tactics, strategic pivots and added direction when needed
  • Maintain and build relationships with TikTok platform partners, implementing best practices and innovating upon new platform updates and products
  • Help maintain and uphold a healthy and positive culture for the studios team.
  • Ideate, source, and create original real-time content for all audiences, identifying memes and trends at the cusp of virality and pop culture.
  • Participate in editorial and social brainstorms and weekly WIPS.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering collaboration and professional development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2 years year of social media and content creation experience with a publisher or brand, or as your own brand/as content creator
  • A deep understanding of Gen Z, Creators and TikTok
  • Proficiency in creating content using native iPhone tools, apps, and the TikTok editing suite including CapCut
  • Interest in data around user engagement, viewership, and ability to iterate on success
  • Positive, intuitive, proactive, and collaborative team player
  • Robust knowledge of current events + pop culture + creator world.
  • Self-management skills + take charge attitude
  • Highly organised, proactive project manager: adept at balancing multiple fast-turnaround projects simultaneously
  • Hyper-collaborative, accustomed to working with and understanding the needs of various internal and external partners
  • Demonstrated passion for social and digital entertainment
  • A willingness to learn new skills and throw yourself into new challenges
  • A a demonstrable track record in delivering original successful video formats for a social platform (TikTok, Instagram and YouTube etc)
