In-House Content Creator at Baby Village – Alexandria, New South Wales

Location: Sydney, filming regularly at our Alexandria & Miranda stores

Baby Village is looking for a creative, confident content creator to help us grow our presence on Instagram and TikTok. This is a part-time contractor role, perfect for someone who knows the parenting world and can bring warmth, fun, and relatability to our brand.

What we're looking for:

• Likely a new mum, or someone who naturally connects with the parenting community

• Based in Sydney and available two days a week

• Confident filming herself and speaking directly to camera

• Already active on Instagram or TikTok with a down-to-earth, engaging style

• Has a strong eye for what resonates with parents online (tone, trends, aesthetics)

• Comfortable with basic editing (Reels, TikTok, transitions, text overlays)

• Genuinely interested in baby and toddler products

The role:

• Create and deliver 4-5 short videos per week (mainly Reels/TikToks)

• Capture authentic, relatable content in-store and behind the scenes

• Collaborate with our marketing team on campaign ideas and brand moments

• Keep content fun, polished, and aligned with seasonal and social trends
