This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an HRIS Solutions Manager based in the United States.
This is a strategic HR technology role focused on optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud and enabling scalable employee experiences.
You’ll serve as a subject matter expert and product owner, connecting HR business needs with effective technology solutions.
The role combines system configuration, process improvement, automation, integrations, compliance, and program management.
You’ll identify opportunities to leverage AI, workflow automation, and self-service capabilities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
You’ll also help shape the long-term HR technology roadmap while ensuring data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
Working across People Operations and broader business teams, you’ll translate complex requirements into practical, user-focused solutions.

- Serve as a strategic HR technology partner and subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud, configuring, troubleshooting, enhancing, and optimizing assigned modules.
- Act as product owner for designated Oracle HCM capabilities, balancing business priorities, employee experience, compliance requirements, and technical considerations.
- Review HR business processes regularly, identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, and develop action plans that enhance scalability and operational effectiveness.
- Drive automation and AI-enabled innovation across HR workflows, identifying opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve employee and manager self-service experiences.
- Partner with People Operations and broader People teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, and implement best-in-class processes.
- Support enterprise integrations and assess dependencies across applications, workflows, and HR technology ecosystems to ensure reliable end-to-end processes.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the long-term HR technology roadmap, evaluating emerging technologies and aligning investments with business priorities.
- Ensure appropriate controls, segregation of duties, data integrity, security practices, and audit requirements are incorporated into HR technology processes.
- Lead HR technology programs and projects by establishing objectives and timelines, monitoring progress, managing blockers, and coordinating stakeholders through delivery.
- Lead Oracle quarterly release activities, including feature assessment, impact analysis, testing, change management, communication, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain HR systems policies, procedures, process documentation, and user training materials, including quick-start guides for end users.
- Monitor HRIS trends and emerging technologies, evaluating and implementing relevant capabilities that improve product functionality, service delivery, operational efficiency, and user experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize HR policies and strategies through effective systems, workflows, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Perform additional related duties and initiatives as required.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR technology, or Oracle HCM Cloud, supporting complex business processes, system configuration, and enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Strong proficiency with HR technology applications, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud, with the technical aptitude to understand integrations, workflows, dependencies, and system capabilities.
- Strong project, program, process management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver initiatives effectively.
- Demonstrated experience gathering and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions that support HR and business objectives.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical abilities, combined with a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Proven ability to simplify complex problems and communicate practical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and operations, with the business acumen to evaluate technology decisions through an employee and organizational lens.
- Highly effective self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while maintaining effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across People Operations and other business functions.
- Experience supporting a multi-country employee population and managing complex global HR initiatives is preferred.
- Experience implementing HR systems, developing end-to-end business processes, documenting requirements, and creating end-user training materials is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Fully remote position within the United States.
- Competitive annual salary range of $140,000–$175,000, with compensation determined by knowledge, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
