This is a high-impact Staff Product Management opportunity focused on redefining how software products are discovered, purchased, and monetized in the AI era. You will own the end-to-end buying and upgrade experience across a broad product ecosystem. The role combines product-led growth, monetization strategy, pricing, packaging, and emerging usage-based business models. You will help evolve traditional upgrade journeys into personalized, contextual experiences powered by AI, conversational interfaces, and agent-based interactions. Working across product, go-to-market, and leadership teams, you will influence strategy without relying on direct authority. With significant greenfield scope and executive visibility, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of product-led monetization at scale.
- Own the end-to-end buying, product discovery, and upgrade experience, guiding customers from freemium entry points toward products and solutions that best meet their needs.
- Define and execute a product-led monetization strategy designed for AI-driven products, evolving traditional upgrade triggers into personalized and context-aware purchasing experiences.
- Develop new monetization capabilities that work across multiple customer touchpoints, including application interfaces, conversational experiences, APIs, and agent-based or LLM-enabled interactions.
- Shape how products are recommended, positioned, and sold based on customer context, usage, needs, and evolving consumption patterns.
- Partner with product teams across the organization to establish consistent buying patterns and create a cohesive customer experience across the broader platform.
- Collaborate closely with go-to-market teams on pricing launches, upgrade campaigns, customer communications, and initiatives designed to increase product adoption and revenue.
- Help evolve monetization models around credits, usage, and outcomes while considering their implications for product design, customer experience, pricing, and sales.
- Establish clear strategies, priorities, success metrics, and roadmaps, using customer and business insights to guide decisions.
- Present product strategies, progress, and business results to senior leaders and executive stakeholders, building alignment around major monetization initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience owning monetization, product-led growth, pricing, purchasing, or buying experiences for a software-as-a-service product.
- Strong understanding of credit-based, usage-based, or outcome-based pricing models and how these approaches influence product development and customer purchasing behavior.
- Meaningful experience working with AI-powered products, with an understanding of how large language models, AI agents, and emerging interfaces are changing product strategy and business models.
- Strong business acumen across pricing, packaging, monetization strategy, product-led growth, and go-to-market motions.
- Proven ability to influence and align multiple product and cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority.
- Experience operating effectively within both scaled organizations and entrepreneurial or greenfield environments, with the ability to navigate complexity while building new capabilities from the ground up.
- Strong strategic thinking and product judgment, combined with a bias toward action and the ability to make informed decisions despite ambiguity.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills, with the confidence to challenge established approaches and build commitment around new strategies.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to translate customer needs, business objectives, and market trends into compelling product experiences and measurable outcomes.
- Annual cash compensation range of $205,500–$328,800 USD.
- Compensation packages tailored to skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
- Eligibility for annual bonus opportunities and on-target commission for applicable roles.
- Eligibility for equity participation through restricted stock units (RSUs) for applicable roles.
- Comprehensive benefits and perks designed to support employees’ professional growth and overall well-being.
- Flexible ways of working that balance individual flexibility with meaningful team connection and collaboration.
- Opportunities to participate in in-person product gatherings, team events, and other connection-building experiences.
- Support and reasonable accommodations for candidates and employees who require them.
- A high-visibility Staff-level opportunity with substantial greenfield ownership and direct exposure to senior and executive leadership.
- The opportunity to shape emerging monetization models at the intersection of AI, product-led growth, usage-based pricing, and agent-driven customer experiences.
