This is an opportunity for an experienced privacy technology consultant to support a strategic project centered on data privacy, governance, and regulatory compliance.
You will work extensively with OneTrust, configuring and implementing privacy modules according to complex business and regulatory requirements.
The role combines hands-on platform expertise with a consultative approach to translating privacy regulations into practical technology solutions.
You will contribute to areas such as data discovery, assessments, data mapping, cookie compliance, and incident management.
The position involves close collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams to improve privacy processes and governance.
You will also help enable internal teams and users, ensuring they can effectively adopt and operate the platform.
This role is well suited to someone who combines technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, communication skills, and a strong problem-solving mindset.

• Lead OneTrust implementation projects, configuring privacy and compliance modules according to client requirements and business processes.
• Configure and manage OneTrust capabilities related to data discovery, assessment automation, data mapping, cookie compliance, incident management, and third-party assessments.
• Translate requirements arising from privacy regulations into practical and scalable solutions within the OneTrust platform.
• Support privacy governance and data compliance processes, helping organizations maintain alignment with applicable regulations.
• Configure and optimize workflows, assessments, controls, and processes to improve privacy management efficiency.
• Support projects involving regulations and frameworks such as LGPD, GDPR, and CCPA.
• Provide technical and functional consulting to clients and internal stakeholders throughout implementation and adoption.
• Train and enable internal teams and clients on the effective use of OneTrust and its privacy management capabilities.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in privacy processes, data governance, and compliance operations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify requirements, resolve challenges, and deliver effective privacy technology solutions.

• Proven hands-on experience implementing OneTrust, with experience going beyond routine day-to-day platform usage.
• Strong knowledge of OneTrust privacy and compliance modules and their configuration.
• Solid understanding of data protection and privacy regulations, particularly LGPD, GDPR, and CCPA.
• Experience working on data privacy, compliance, governance, or related technology projects.
• Understanding of data discovery, assessment processes, data mapping, cookie compliance, incident management, and third-party risk or assessment workflows is highly valued.
• Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into practical configurations and technology solutions.
• Strong consulting, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and interact directly with clients.
• Technical English proficiency is desirable for working with international documentation, product resources, and support teams.
• Intermediate or advanced English is considered a plus.
• Experience with other privacy and compliance platforms, such as Securiti or BeCompliance, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or process automation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical, structured approach to privacy and compliance challenges.
