- Monitor account health, identify potential churn risks early, and coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Lead regular business reviews and strategic conversations to understand client goals, priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with client needs and contribute to business growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing responsive, thoughtful, and consistent communication throughout the relationship.
- Build strong long-term relationships and client advocates who can support referrals, case studies, reviews, and other growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure client needs are addressed and desired business outcomes are achieved.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information, activity records, and pipeline data within the CRM.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience, strengthen retention, and increase account value.
- 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or another client relationship-focused position.
- Experience working with Sage Intacct ERP software is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with a proactive, high-energy approach and strong follow-through.
- Commercial mindset with experience working toward retention, renewal, expansion, revenue, or other measurable account-growth objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify issues early and take ownership of finding solutions.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across sales, delivery, and leadership functions.
- Fully remote position within the United States.
- No travel required.
- Competitive base salary with a performance-driven variable compensation structure.
- Opportunity to make a visible and immediate impact on a growing client portfolio.
- Opportunity to develop commercially while taking ownership of client retention and expansion.
- Clear potential for career progression, including the possibility of building and leading a team as the business grows.
- Opportunity to work with an established and expanding B2B technology services organization.
