Accountabilities

  • Use AI-powered tools and emerging marketing technologies to improve content development, audience analysis, campaign execution, and optimization.
  • Stay current with email marketing, lifecycle marketing, automation, personalization, analytics, and broader industry best practices.
  • Contribute strategic ideas and recommendations that improve the effectiveness and scalability of the overall marketing program.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional marketing experience with a strong understanding of marketing best practices, trends, and performance-driven strategies.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in email marketing, which is a core focus of this position.
  • Experience across lifecycle marketing, product marketing, promotional marketing, or several related disciplines.
  • Approximately 2–5 years of experience using Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform is strongly preferred.
  • B2C marketing experience is preferred; relevant B2B experience may also be valuable.
  • Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to use performance data to guide marketing decisions and optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, persuasive, and audience-appropriate email content.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with frequent deadlines and quick campaign turnaround requirements.
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong ownership, leadership qualities, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, marketing automation, campaign analytics, and customer lifecycle strategy.
  • Comfortable adopting AI-enabled marketing tools and using technology to improve speed, efficiency, content quality, and decision-making.
  • Experience in the travel or cruise industry is a plus but not required.
