- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare administration, insurance portal management, prior authorizations, medical billing support, or referral coordination.
- Experience navigating insurance provider systems and healthcare portals, ideally including UnitedHealthcare or similar platforms.
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to accuracy and detail in high-volume environments.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with prior authorization processes, NPIs, or insurance eligibility workflows is a plus.

- Paid training and comprehensive onboarding.
- Competitive hourly compensation ($16–$17/hour).
- Career advancement opportunities within healthcare operations and insurance coordination.
- Collaborative and supportive team culture.
